2. Services & Installations
- All installations are carried out by qualified engineers at our main center (Unit A4, Langham Park, Lows Lane, Stanton By Dale, Ilkeston, DE7 4RJ) or via mobile services across our UK network.
- Bookings are subject to product availability and slot confirmation.
- Customers must ensure their vehicles are in a suitable condition for installation prior to the appointment.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be completed via our accepted payment methods (including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) prior to or upon completion of services.
4. Cancellations & Warranties
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a fee.
- Products supplied and installed come with standard manufacturer warranties along with our workmanship guarantee.
5. Liability
Exec Spec LTD is not liable for indirect losses, pre-existing vehicle defects, or damage resulting from unauthorized third-party modifications made after our service.
